| Purpose | To help Army families with the costs of post secondary undergraduate level |
| education and vocational training to prepare spouses for the job market. |
| Eligibility | Applicants must be the spouse of a soldier on active duty, assigned in USAREUR, |
| Korea, Japan or Okinawa who reside with the soldier at one of these locations, and |
| is a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident. |
| Applicants must be enrolled, accepted, or pending acceptance as students for the |
| entire term in post-secondary or vocational institutions under contract at the |
| education office and approved by the U.S. Department of Education for Title IV funds. |
| Program participants must maintain at least a cumulative 2.0 grade point average |
| (GPA) on a 4.0 grading scale. Spouses may attend on a part-time or full-time basis. |
